このポリシーは、Instagramアカウント @contentpilot.jp に届いたコメントとダイレクトメッセージ（DM）に自動で返信する仕組み「DM Auto Reply」で扱う情報について定めます。この仕組みは @contentpilot.jp の運営者だけが使います。

扱う情報

@contentpilot.jp の投稿へのコメント、または @contentpilot.jp に送られたDMの本文
送信者のInstagram上のID（このアプリ専用のID）とユーザーネーム
受信・送信の日時

使い道

コメントやDMの内容に合わせて、資料のご案内・よくある質問への回答・LINE公式アカウントのご案内を自動で返信するためだけに使います。同じ方への重複送信を防ぐためと、運営者が手動で対応すべきお問い合わせを把握するためにも記録します。広告やその他の目的には使いません。

第三者への提供

情報を販売したり、第三者に提供したりすることはありません。仕組みの動作のため、Meta Platforms, Inc.（Instagram）と Cloudflare, Inc.（サーバー）のサービスを利用しています。

保存期間

記録は最長90日で自動的に削除します。

削除のご依頼・お問い合わせ

ご自身の情報の削除をご希望の場合やお問い合わせは、mokku-kigyou@memoad.jp または Instagram の @contentpilot.jp へのDMでご連絡ください。30日以内に削除します。手順はデータ削除の案内をご覧ください。

This policy covers "DM Auto Reply", which automatically replies, with pre-written messages, to comments on and direct messages (DMs) sent to the Instagram account @contentpilot.jp. It is used only by the operator of @contentpilot.jp.

Information we process

The text of comments on posts by @contentpilot.jp and of DMs sent to @contentpilot.jp
The sender's Instagram-scoped ID and username
The date and time messages were received or sent

How we use it

Only to send automatic replies that match the comment or DM: sharing a free resource, answering frequently asked questions, or sharing a link to our LINE official account. We also keep a record to avoid sending duplicates and to let the operator follow up on inquiries that need a human. We do not use it for advertising or any other purpose.

Sharing

We never sell or share this information with third parties. To run the service we use Meta Platforms, Inc. (Instagram) and Cloudflare, Inc. (hosting).

Retention

Records are deleted automatically after at most 90 days.

Deletion requests and contact

To request deletion of your data or to contact us, email mokku-kigyou@memoad.jp or send a DM to @contentpilot.jp on Instagram. We delete the data within 30 days. See the data deletion instructions.
